By using sarahkellettjewellery.com.au you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Once an order has been placed and payment made the customer is accepting a commitment to purchase.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

All prices are in $AUD unless otherwise stated. I accept payments via credit card and direct debit. Sarah Kellett reserves the right to refuse an order if an error has been made on the website.

At this stage I am only taking orders to be shipped within Australia. The items will be sent via express post with signature required, this is complimentary with your purchase. If you wish to have insurance added to the postage you will incur those additional charges, please contact Sarah ahead of time in order for her to get that additional quote organized.

Ready-made in stock items and completed custom orders will be dispatched within 1 - 3 business days. Depending on your location they will take 2 - 5 business days to arrive at their destination. Sarah will inform you by email when your item has been dispatched.

COLLECT FROM THE STUDIO.

You can contact Sarah to make arrangements to collect your jewellery direct from the studio.

Return & Exchange Policy

CUSTOM MADE.

When you are purchasing custom made pieces please keep in mind that there will be no refunds offered or exchanges, once your order has been commenced and a deposit made as these have been specifically designed and created for each individual customer. Your payment of a deposit at the time of confirming an order indicates you have committed to this piece, so please ask as many questions as you like before commencement of your commission and I will be happy to assist. For any custom made piece, once the design has been approved by you the client, any further alterations to the design will be subject to a price revision. Cancellation will only be accepted prior to a deposit being made.

 

READYMADE COLLECTION PIECES.

Exchanges can be arranged for pieces from the readymade collections, however returns are not accepted. The item to be exchanged must be unworn, unaltered, free from damage and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons earrings are unrefundable. The item must be returned within 14 days and an email sent to Sarah Kellett Jewellery to advise of the exchange and then I am aware to look out for the delivery. I kindly ask that you package the items for safe return with as much care and respect as they were sent to you. I will not be responsible for parcels which were poorly packaged, damaged, lost or stolen in transit. If you believe your piece has been damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as you have received the parcel and include images of the piece and parcel so it can be assessed. Every piece leaves my studio expertly packed and secure for delivery. Postage fees are non-refundable.

If you would like to exchange for a piece of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If you are exchanging for a piece of lower value, the difference will be available as a credit to be used on your next purchase.

 

FAULTY ITEMS AND REPAIRS TO PRODUCTS.

I pride myself on creating high quality pieces and stand by my craftsmanship, each Sarah Kellett piece is quality checked, however on the very rare occasion there may be a fault, I am happy to repair or replace once your item has been returned to me and assessed in my workshop. Please contact me within five days of receiving your parcel to begin this discussion. Please ensure you email me before returning the parcel and I kindly ask that you package your item for safe return with as much care and respect as they were sent to you. I will not be responsible for parcels which are poorly packaged, damaged or lost in transit. Manufacturing faults do not include broken chains, items that have been bent, snapped or twisted. General wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
